Buona Vista MRT station is open for busking performances, with the first busker to perform there being aerophonist Mr. Ng. This location is the other location to be at an East West/Circle Line interchange, with the first being at Paya Lebar Square. It is located quite near The Star Vista (if you don't know already, that's where the monthly Groovin' With The Star is held), the Biopolis area and several other educational institutions, so there is a good mix of commuters/working professionals/students during the lunchtime hours.

This is the theme song for the 2002 South Korean romantic melodrama Winter Sonata (겨울연가), about a tragic, enduring first love spanning ten years. Starring Bae Yong-joon and Choi Ji-woo, the series is a very popular drama back in the day and is credited with starting the Hallyu Wave, the ascension of pop Korean culture into the region and around the world.
