Raynor Yeo - One Holland Village - 4 May 2025

Meet Raynor Yeo (杨振伟) (@raynormusic), a guitarist who has been performing on the streets since 2022. (Raynor began busking between 2016 to 2017, and then took a hiatus before returning to busk in 2022.) Raynor is also a guitar coach (where you can sign up for lessons through TalkingChord.com), as well as the founder of Music Box (百年好盒), one of the earlier pioneers of wedding live band entertainment in Singapore that have performed in weddings and corporate events.

Raynor's passion for music and singing began during his polytechnic days, when he joined the Guitar Club in Nanyang Polytechnic, and has performed for numerous school/external events, concerts and cafés, participated in the STOMP MMSing competitions in 2007 and 2008. At one time, he also performed on UFM1003, where he was a regular weekend morning live segment singer.

He posts covers of songs that he performs over on his social media, where he also shares videos of guitar tips, as well as his highlights of his street busking. He also does a few collab covers, with notable collaborations including Lee Xin Ying of UFM 1003 and Tristan Ong of The ETC, among others.
