NOMADS is a unique camping-themed concept restaurant nestled in the heart of Seletar Aerospace Park. It offers an immersive glamping-inspired dining experience, serving all-day brunch, Western flavours and signature dishes in mess tins and steel cups Wednesday through Monday (they are not open on Tuesdays). Occasionally, they also serve limited-period dishes, like this hidden gem I ordered (which is something like sweet-and-sour chicken, but with extra tanginess, served with rice). Patrons can dine outdoors in actual camping tents, and under the string lights with rustic camping chairs, tables, and camp-inspired decor. There is also seating available indoors and on the second floor.

You can reserve a table online through a booking portal to let them know you are dining in. NOMADS also accepts walk-in diners, but their tables will fill up quickly during peak times (especially during the evenings), so for the best listening experience, it is recommended to book early. Speaking of live music, they occur Wednesday to Monday evenings, with different acts performing everyday of the week, such as Jeff Ng, the musicians from JHM Studio, Jarvis Quek and Elizabeth "Eli" Low. On Wednesdays to Sundays (and Mondays in the event of wet weather), the live music performances are held at the second floor, and Mondays with Jeff are held outdoors under the stars (and pet-friendly), making for a memorable (and probably romantic) start of the week.
